As we’re increasing wholesale supply of locally grown flowers across Pembrokeshire we thought it would be interesting to profile some of the local florists we’re working with – sharing news about their particular styles and celebrating our shared commitment to Welsh Grown flowers.
To begin, we thought we’d introduce our most local florist Elsa’s Flowers.
As a long-established and widely experienced bespoke florist, Elsa has worked at many prestigious venues including special events at the Grand Theatre Swansea, Lampeter House Opera and Christmas at Craig-y-Nos Castle, supplying private parties, weddings, funerals and many other special events.
As House Florist at Picton Castle, Elsa also installed the impressive floral displays for her Majesty the Queen during her visit to Pembrokeshire and meal at the Castle.
At the recent Picton Castle Country Fair, Elsa asked us for a range of locally grown flowers that she could use along with imported blooms in traditional and informal arrangements. Creating displays as people watched and sharing skills we were really impressed with her talents.
