Summer has finally arrived in Pembrokeshire & we’re very happy to be tasting our first juicy strawberries from the farm. The flavour is incredibly, um, strawberry flavoured! (unlike many supermarket offerings).
We think they are best picked after being warmed by the summer sun, munched straight away. Very juicy, very sweet and very strawberry flavoured. Yum!!
No doubt some of these juicy strawbs will be taken by the birds, and other critters – but it feels right to share. All produce on the farm is grown without resorting to ANY chemical warfare.
